1. Who we are
3Designer is made and sold by Stefan Kojić, Anđe Ranković 2J, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (“we”, “us”). When you buy or use 3Designer, your agreement is with us.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

2. Accepting these terms
By buying a license or using 3Designer, you agree to these terms. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you may agree for it.

3. Your license
A license lets you use the 3Designer WordPress plugin and the designer we host on as many live shops as your plan covers: Starter 1, Pro 3, Agency 10. Local and test addresses do not count. Do not share, resell or publish your license key.

4. Payment and renewal
Plans are paid monthly or yearly, in advance, through Paddle, and renew automatically until you cancel. Paddle adds any tax due and sends your receipts. Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) apply to every payment. A new price never applies to your subscription without notice.

5. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See our Refund Policy.

6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in My Account under “Manage or cancel your subscription”, or from the link in Paddle’s receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your license stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Acceptable use
Do not use 3Designer for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or to interfere with its security, such as malware, probing, scraping or getting around the license check.

8. Your shop and its content
Your products, your shoppers’ designs and your print files stay on your own site. When you make a print file, the design is sent to our server only to make that file. You are responsible for what is sold and printed in your shop, including the right to print what shoppers upload. If you believe content made with 3Designer infringes your rights, write to us: we act on reports and may end a license that is used to infringe again and again.

9. Ownership
3Designer, its code, its designer and its server are ours. A license gives you the right to use them, not ownership. The ready-made 3D models are used under CC BY 4.0 and credited to their authors.

10. Fair use of print files
There is no fixed limit on print files. They fall under fair use: if a shop’s volume ever slows the service for others, we will contact you to find the right plan.

11. Availability, updates and support
We work to keep 3Designer running and correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Updates are included in every plan, and support is by email.

12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a license for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. Where we can, we tell you why first.

13. Liability
As far as the law allows, 3Designer is provided as it is, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and we email customers before an important change takes effect.

15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
