1. Who we are
Stefan Kojić, Anđe Ranković 2J, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to sales@3designer.online.

2. What we collect and why
– Account and order details: your name, email address, country and what you bought, to give you your license, your account and your emails (to perform our contract with you).
– License details: a scrambled copy of your license key that cannot be read back, its last four characters on this website, and the web addresses of the shops that use it, to check your license and its shop limit (contract).
– Payment: Paddle takes your payment and tells us your name, email address, country and what you bought. We never see your card details (contract).
– Designs for print files: when a shop makes a print file, the design is sent to our server to make the file and is not stored there (contract with the shop).
– Technical details: like every website, our host’s server records the IP address and browser of each visit, and WooCommerce saves them with each order, to keep the site secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interest).
– Messages you send us, to answer them (our legitimate interest).

3. Who we share it with
– Paddle, our reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles payments, tax, receipts and subscriptions under its own privacy notice: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy
– The companies that host this website, our server and our email.
– Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.

We never sell your data.

4. Transfers abroad
Paddle and our providers may process data outside Serbia and the EU/EEA. When they do, it is protected by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it
– Account and order details: while you have an account, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
– License details: while the license is active and for 2 years after it ends.
– Technical logs: only as long as needed to keep the site secure.
– Messages: as long as we need them to answer you.

6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or the authority where you live. We answer within one month.

7. Security
The site uses HTTPS, license keys are stored scrambled, and access to your data is limited to us.

8. Cookies
This website uses the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need for logging in, the cart and the checkout, WooCommerce cookies that remember how you found us, and security cookies from our host’s firewall. Paddle’s checkout sets its own cookies when you open it. We use no advertising cookies.

9. Changes
We may update this notice. The date above shows the latest version.
